VOUCHER VALIDATION -Purchased vouchers must be presented to a Navigarda shore-based ticket office or directly on board ships departing from ports of call without a ticket office to be converted into tickets. Presenting vouchers directly on board when a shore-based ticket office is present and operating will result in the customer being directly charged the expected collection of €1.00 per person. EMBARKING PETS - dogs can be boarded under the responsibility of their owners or holders. Small dogs (height to withers less than 50 cm) can be boarded for free. Medium-large size dogs (height to withers more than 50 cm) have to pay a fare abroad or at the Navigarda ticket office. Guide-dogs and security forces’ or rescue trained dogs in service are completely free of charge and have no limitations.

CHILDREN: children up to four years (but not yet turned) can travel free of charge, on condition that they do not use a seat on their own and are accompanied by an adult (an adult can accompany a maximum of three children). DISABLED AND SERIOUSLY HANDICAPPED PEOPLE - Legally handicapped people and disabled victims of workplace accidents, with invalidity from 70% to 100%, including blind, and deaf and dumb, handicapped people with seriousness implication have a reduced fare.To be granted these special fare you have to show the certification documents for the requirements at Navigarda ticket offices DEPARTURE TIME - Please be on time, at least arrive at the pier 10/20 min before for the ticket check-in. Consider planning some time for finding a parking spot, during the summer season sometimes you may struggle to find a close parking spot. BOARDING BICYCLES- Bicycles are not allowed on fast services (all lake network tickets). On ordinary routes, boarding bicycles is allowed depending on the daily availability. Passengers are kindly invited to ask in advance at on-shore ticket offices or phoning the free customer service number 800-551801 (within Italy boundaries only). The Captain can limit the number of bikes to embark in case their transport would compromise the service. Electric bikes are considered regular bicycles. PRAMS -Prams are allowed on board, the staff will help you to store it on the boat. SERVICES ON BOARD - All of our tour boats have toilets and staff on board to help you, some ferry offers also a bar service.Seats are available outside and in a covered area.We cannot guarantee a spot under the covered area, however, special seat are reserved for future mothers and people with special needs. BAD WEATHER - In case of severe bad weather (heavy rain / wind) the ferry cannot depart due to safety reasons. We may depart with rain, if the weather conditions may allow it. FOOD AND DRINKS - You may bring your own food and drink aboard. EMBARKING BAGGAGE- as hand luggage is considered any traveler’s baggage under his own control and liability for its embarking, transhipment, disembarking and supervision during the whole journey. REFUNDS- Refunds are not possible for this ticket. However, you may contact us and change the ticket. PARKINGS NEAR THE HARBORS: In Portese you can find a close toll parking at the port. Otherwise, some free parking and big cover toll parking in Via Preone. In Manerba Dusano you can find some toll parking at the harbor and on the main road. In Moniga, you can find many toll parking spots in Via Don Augusto Cogo and Via Mazzane. In Salò you can find toll parking at the central Stazione Bus or at Italmark Supermarket Parking.In Desenzano we recommend to search for some parking spots at Desenzanino parking or along Lungolago Cesare Battisti. Otherwise, a big central toll parking is available at Parcheggio Autosilo G7.
